BGS Asia Pacific Region are excited to invite all members to the first speaker in our 2022 APR-X: BGS IDEA Exchange, Suet Koon Lai who will speak on the topic of Harnessing our Cultural Strengths.

About our speaker

Koon is an Executive Coach to C-suites and executives in Transformation, Shared Services, Professional Services, Consulting and Financial Institutions and Founder/CEO of Scale-Ups. Leading authentically, navigating corporate landscape, influencing stakeholders, managing upward, communicating with impact, and alignment of competing interests are her areas of expertise. She draws her 20 years leadership journey with PwC in workforce transformation, finance transformation, offshore delivery centers operation and technology implementation and act as sounding board to her clients.

Koon shares her experience in over 500 leadership-related posts on LinkedIn with her 28,000 followers and was recognised for her impact by University of Sydney Business School as the honouree chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma and PwC’s Edwin Flack Award. She is also a regular keynote speaker and panelist on Diversity and Leadership e.g. Oracle, IAG, NAB, PwC, Asialink, University of New South Wales, University of Melbourne and UTS.  Koon is also an alumni of Board Observership Program and Asialink Leaders Program and holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
